A Meeting of the Parish Council will take place on Tuesday 8th March 2022 at 7.00 pm in Kettlethorpe Village Hall

3.1 Local Policing Issues – Police report circulated 28th February. Report of theft of catalytic converter in Laughterton
3.2 Jubilee Park Play area
i. New Springies – grant to organise, information from Sutcliffe in hand with Chair
ii Soft pour tarmac – Waiting response from local builder
iii. Trees – finish off the trimming (Jez)
3.3 Highway Matters
i. Waiting response from LCC over footpaths and speed limits
ii. Kettlethorpe Road – Bad workmanship on recent works. Potholes untouched + Verges not cut back back.( Above items referred to County Cllr Butroid by D/Cllr Ellis)
3.4 Solar Farms – Close of stage one, next steps
3.10 Queen's Jubilee event
i. Balloons, bunting etc (apply for WLDC grant).
ii. Avenue of limes – apply for grant ? Jez to obtain quotes for trees.
3.13 Annual Parish Dinner – Resume’.
3.18 Christmas lights – Improvement tests using inverter
3.19 Parish grass cutting – 3 companies quoted, one selected - All Round Gardens, Sturton by Stow, Rick Marsh To start late March / early April dependent upon weather

6.3 Parish Accounts – The balance at the bank to month ending 28 February 2022 was £11,965,53 with an expenditure of £ 9,546.83 (£8 Feb bank charges levied 25th February)
