Cllr O’Callaghan will make enquiries to potential new members of the Hall committee.
The Chair had been enquiring about the formal procedure to terminate the Village Hall if new volunteers did not materialise. This involves the calling of a meeting open to residents to seek new volunteers. If this is unsuccessful, a further meeting must be called three weeks after the initial one to put in motion the dissolution of the Village Hall. The Chair of the Council advised that she would be prepared to Chair these meetings.
