A Meeting of the Parish Council will take place on Tuesday 9th November at 7.30 pm in Kettlethorpe Village Hall

3. MATTERS ARISING
3.1 Local Policing Issues – The Police Crime Report for October which was circulated to all members listed the following crimes: - 5 burglaries, 4 thefts, 10 vehicle crimes and no criminal damages. No offences were listed for this Parish.
3.2 Jubilee Park Play area
i. New Springies – To fix ourselves?
ii Soft pour tarmac The Chairman to check with Richard (B) regarding information received
iii. Trees – in hand with Jez
3.3 Highway Matters
Chicken Farm –D/Cllr Ellis agreed to attend November meeting to answer any queries.
3.6 Flower Troughs – i. Purchase new plants - in hand with Chair
3.8 Churchyard - Seat ordered -Agri-cycle, £345 plus brackets £25, delivery £38, all plus VAT.
3.10 Queen's Jubilee event – Waiting response from Mr M Snee, WLDC re: bunting etc.
3.11 Kettlethorpe village sign – Resident request - provide more picturesque signs for Parish, both signs considered ‘old hat’ Kettlethorpe sign is faded.
3.12 Community Speed watch –. E-mails sent to each of former members…… All details sent to Tony Scawthon, who is happy to organise.
3.13 Dog Kennels – Noise, Kettlethorpe resident complaint, Tim to speak to co -owner
3.14 Campers on restricted land – complaint of 2 camper vans and car parked behind house. WLDC Planning Enforcement advised
3.15 Remembrance Day – November 11th Village poppies mounted on lampposts etc
3.16 Speed limit – for Kettlethorpe Lane, Kettlethorpe, got Cllr Butroid's support. Will pass through to the Minor Works and Traffic Team in Highways to investigate.
3.17 Creation - of a native woodland in Kettlethorpe, Mr Jack Wilson advised of Council support
3.18 Christmas Ceremony

6.1 MKS grass cutting October 28th Invoice No 2870 - £157.20
6.2 Parish Precept – Submit estimate by 26th November / Final submission 26 January
6.3 PAYE and Salary
6.4 Parish Accounts – The balance at the bank to month ending 31st October 2021 is £14,833.79 with an expenditure of £6,678.10
